The park project will <br />be the showcase of downtown Owensboro and will connect two previously completed <br />Riverfront Development projects; The RiverPark Center Plaza and The Mitch McConnell <br />Riverwalk and Plaza. The Smother's Park Improvements project is divided into 3 distinct <br />areas; a Signature Fountain area, a Themed Playground which boasts one of the largest <br />boundless playgrounds in the USA, and a Memorial Park. Mr. Schultz was the project <br />manager overseeing design and construction administration for the new park.
