Maintaining the historical <br />integrity of the structure, Mr. Schultz served as the project manager and designer for <br />this project and was involved with the renovation of the hotel main entry, beach <br />redevelopment, and pool amenity decks consisting of a private ballroom terrace, an <br />outdoor spa/meditation garden, three swimming pools, and multiple water features <br />throughout the site. <br /> <br />Owensboro's Smothers Park Improvements, Owensboro, Kentucky - Through the <br />installation of a major bank stabilization effort in the heart of downtown Owensboro <br />and the relocation of the boat ramp, the City has assembled more than 4 acres of <br />Riverfront property that stretches 1500' along the Ohio River. The park project will <br />be the showcase of downtown Owensboro and will connect two previously <br />completed Riverfront Development projects; The RiverPark Center Plaza and The <br />Mitch McConnell Riverwalk and Plaza. The Smother's Park Improvements project is <br />divided into 3 distinct areas; a Signature Fountain area, a Themed Playground, and a <br />Memorial Park. Mr. Schultz was the project manager overseeing construction <br />administration for the new park. <br /> <br />AI Ain Wildlife Park & Resort, AI Ain, United Arab Emirates - The client charged the <br />designer to create a vision for a world class leisure, learning and living destination by <br />developing an integrated, environmentally and commercially sustainable, "desert of <br />the world" themed resort and community. Once completed, the 2,100 acre AI Ain <br />Wildlife Park & Resort is slated to include a mix of resort, residential, commercial, <br />retail, educational and entertainment elements all surrounded by the natural beauty <br />of AI Ain and the created desert landscapes of Arabia, Africa, and Asia. Mr. Schultz <br />was the project manager for the design of the North Kenya Safari, the Residential <br />clusters and the Arrival Village for the new Wildlife Park. <br /> <br />RiverCamps at Sandy Creek, Franklin County, Florida - RiverCamps provides second <br />home buyers the enjoyment of thousands of acres of preserved and enhanced <br />pineland forest, national wildlife refuges, tidal rivers, inland bays, and some of <br />Florida's most spectacular natural scenery. Mr. Schultz worked with the client to <br />produce a vision, master plan, place-making and to develop advanced forest <br />management practices with goal of restoring planted pine lands. <br /> <br />Bahia Mar Beach Resort & Yachting Center, Ft. lauderdale, Florida - The Bahia Mar <br />represents the heart of the yachting world in South Florida and is home to the <br />world's largest boat show, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The entire <br />marina and upland promenade were renovated making the marina one the nicest <br />and largest mega yacht marinas south of Virginia.
