Preparation of <br />color renderings of landscape plans for presentation. <br /> <br />Registered Landscape Architect (June 2009 - Present), Craven Thompson & <br />Associates, Inc., Fort Lauderdale - Responsibilities include site planning, landscape <br />and hardscape design, tree removal and relocation plans in AutoCAD and <br />presentation graphics, utilizing knowledge of local and state regulations involved in <br />land development on a range of projects. Stone & <br />Associates, Fort Lauderdale - Provided pre-workshop site analysis, information <br />including elevation/slope analysis, and base topography data using Auto CAD LDD. <br />Participated in several design workshops on-site in coordination with the clients, <br />architects, golf course architects, and market study groups. Developed hand <br />drawn conceptual drawings through the design process and finalizing the design <br />with illustrative master plans, sections and sketches for large scale hotel and <br />residential projects. Worked on Construction Documents in Auto CAD including <br />layout plans, grading plans, planting plans, lighting plans, and design details. <br />Worked regularly with clients in workshops and meetings throughout the entire <br />design process. <br /> <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />NW 44th Street Passive Park and Oakland Park Boulevard Passive Park, Sunrise - <br />The two parks were designed using amenities such as a Disc Golf Course, Splash <br />Pad, Playground, and other passive activities to fall within the Broward County <br />Land Preservation Program. To help soften costs the design participated in the US <br />Communities grants to reduce the prices of site furnishings and equipment. The <br />design also incorporated environmental principles to be able to acquire the BC <br />Land Preservation Grant and other resources for funding. Cost: $8 Million. <br /> <br />City of Dania Beach, Florida, Nano Filtration Water Treatment Plant - Provided a <br />landscape design for the 2.8 acre site. The limits of the site kept the landscaping <br />to the perimeter of the site, which helped screen the site from the surrounding <br />residential areas. Existing trees were preserved on site and relocated if needed. <br />100% native plants were used on the site to reduce the use of irrigation on the <br />site, allowing for LEED credits.
