<br />Landscape Enhancement at North Perry Airport, Pembroke Pines - Provided
<br />landscaping, layouts, and grading for the entrance features at the airport. The
<br />entrance features include designed beds of recycled glass with palm trees to
<br />accent them. Additional landscaping was provided on the perimeter of the airport
<br />property. Landscape Architect.

<br />Location: Baja California, Mexico - A 450 hectare project that has 3 hotels, beach
<br />clubs, 18 hole golf course, sports facilities, and residential products that include
<br />apartments, townhomes, and single family homes. Illustrative master plans,
<br />sections, perspectives, and a pattern book were developed to submit to the
<br />clients.
<br />
<br />Location: Murcia, Spain - Provided master planning for the 2000 hectare property
<br />that includes 5 golf courses, 2000 slip marina, hotels, and residential units.
<br />
<br />Location: Estado de Queretaro, Mexico - A 443 hectare property that included an
<br />18-hole golf course, town center, and residential neighborhoods. Preliminary
<br />master plans were developed with established lot sizes and then interpreted into
<br />AutoCAD for government approvals.
<br />
<br />Location: La Paz, Mexico - The project consists of 709 hectares on the Sea of
<br />Cortez that includes a signature Jack Nicklaus golf course, spa amenities, and a
<br />Capella hotel and resort. Concept drawings were developed into zoning plans in
<br />Auto CAD for government approvals. Along with the zoning plans, enlargements
<br />and sections were produced for the clients.

<br />Location: Sotogrande, Andalusia, Spain - The 79 hectare project is comprised of a
<br />5 star, 150 room hotel, a center village, town houses, and single family homes,
<br />recreational areas and parks. As well as facilities related to polo activities. Final
<br />illustrative master plans were developed from concept drawings. Along with these
<br />plans, land use plans created in Photoshop were provided to the client.
<br />
<br />Location: Cancun, Mexico - The 308 hectare project includes an 18-hole golf
<br />course with club house, a town center, and residential components. Concept
<br />drawings were developed in a design workshop then progressed to illustrative
<br />master plans through design reviews.
<br />
<br />Location: Baja California, Mexico - The 226 hectare ocean front project consists of
<br />a hotel and spa component, an 18 hole golf course and residential units. For the
<br />project several design alternatives were developed during a weeklong design
<br />workshop with the clients and golf course architects. An enlargement plan was
<br />provided to the clients to show the design intent of the residential areas.
<br />
<br />Location: Torres Vedras, Portugal
<br />A 150 room,S star hotel that includes an arrival courtyard, pools, pool decks,
<br />terraces, and parking. Final design drawings were taken and placed into Auto CAD
<br />creating the final construction documents package. Layout plans, grading plans,
<br />tree and shrub plans were developed for the package along with multiple design
<br />details.
