Other <br />responsibilities include cost estimation, and permit preparation. <br /> <br />Project Manager (October 1997- July 2000) Paramount Engineering Group, Inc., <br />Boca Raton - Responsibilities included survey crew coordination, which included <br />preparing survey crew for construction layout. Involved in preparation and review <br />of survey as-built drawings. <br /> <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Sunrise Passive Parks - NW 44th Street Park and Oakland Park Boulevard Park- <br />Senior Engineer - Estimated Construction Cost: $4 million for each park. The <br />design services provided for the parks included water, sanitary sewer and <br />stormwater design. Site amenities include playgrounds, a water park, boardwalk, <br />exercise trail, restroom and picnic facilities. <br /> <br />City of Dania Beach Marina, Dania Beach, Florida - Project Manager - Providing <br />professional services to rehabilitate and redesign the existing Dania Beach Marina. <br />The scope of services include a feasibility study, marketing and dockage rate <br />analysis, planning, programming, cost estimates, dredging analysis, boundary <br />survey, specifications and construction drawings. The construction drawings <br />include new seawall plans, marina construction plans, hardscape improvement <br />plans, landscape improvements, security improvements, dock master renovation <br />and a building that includes laundry, locker, and restroom facilities. The marina <br />will have a completely new layout to maximize space and revenue along with a <br />new fire protection system with new electrical, and sewer pump out facilities. Est. <br />Const. Cost 4.5 Million. <br /> <br />Harbour Towne Marina, Dania Beach, Florida - Project Manager - Cost: $50 <br />Million. Located in the Marine Industrial District and adjacent to Port Everglades. <br />The newly constructed boat storage facility contains dry stack slips and a staging <br />area. CTA provided civil engineering deSign and permitting services for the facility <br />for the water, sewer, and drainage systems. The project involved the demolition <br />of an existing restaurant and parking lot to accommodate the new facility.
