The <br />design included traffic/roadway modifications, <br />ADA grading considerations along with a <br />significant effort to balance the Miami-Dade <br />County Public Works specifications with the <br />residents' requests to protect the existing <br />mature tree canopy. The project included <br />rights-of-way within the Village of Pinecrest <br />and the City of Coral Gables. The plans were <br />permitting via both municipalities and Miami- <br />Dade County Public Works. Services included <br />bidding assistance, meetings with each <br />resident adjacent to the project, construction <br />observation/inspection and project closeout <br />services. <br /> <br />Miami Lakes Lake Patricia Roadway & <br />Drainage Improvements. Chen Moore and <br />Associates is implementing drainage <br />improvements identified on the most recent <br />Town of Miami Lakes Stormwater Master Plan <br />-nr approximately one square mile of an <br />j~isting residential neighborhood near Lake <br />Patricia in southern Miami Lakes near Ludlam <br />Road. Services include utility coordination, <br />schematic and final design phases, <br />government permitting, bidding assistance, <br />construction administration and statements of <br />work completion. The final design included <br />approximately 1,900 LF of exfiltration trench <br />and rehabilitation/upsizing of 6 existing <br />outfalls. CMA is also assisting Miami Lakes <br />with the acquisition of potential grant <br />opportunities. <br /> <br />Miami Beach - South Pointe Phase <br />III/IV /V - ROW Improvement Project. <br />Chen Moore and Associates is the prime <br /> <br />consultant and is responsible for providing <br />surveying, planning, geotechnical <br />investigation, design, permitting, preparation <br />of construction documents, bid and award and <br />construction engineering and inspection <br />services for infrastructure improvements <br />within the public right of way areas of the <br />South Pointe III/IV/V neighborhood of Miami <br />Beach. The project encompasses <br />approximately 19,000 LF of ROW <br />infrastructure improvements including water <br />main replacements, stormwater drainage <br />improvements, paving & grading, <br />streetscaping enhancements, landscaping <br />improvements, lighting improvements, and <br />roadway reconstruction. This project also <br />required extensive coordination with the <br />public, adjacent CRAs, historic districts and <br />various regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />Miami Gardens YMCA/FC Barcelona <br />Soccer Field. CMA worked with Borrelli <br />Architects to design the demolition, <br />earthwork, paving, grading, drainage, <br />landscape architecture and irrigation plans for <br />a park master plan that included professional <br />level soccer field, a baseball field and a multi- <br />purpose field (flag football and soccer) within <br />the existing property adjacent to the existing <br />YMCA Miami Gardens facility in Miami <br />Gardens, FL. The scope included final design <br />for the professional level soccer field including <br />the earthwork and mainline drainage noted <br />above.
