<br />Ocean Front Park Lighting, City of Boynton Beach, FL. New lighting for a construction cost of
<br />$100,000, City of Hallandale Adult Center, Hallandale, FL, Electrical design included lighting
<br />and power for two soccer fields and one baseball ball field, Lighting was designed to achieve 50
<br />foot-candles on the fields per the city standards,
<br />FlU Recreational Facility, Miami, FL. This project consisted of upgrades and expansion of the
<br />existing recreational facility at the FlU Campus, The project included new lighting and HVACs
<br />systems for the school's gymnasium where FlU's athletic teams work out. The facility included
<br />machines, free weights, Jacuzzi, office areas, a new football coach's office, cardio machines and
<br />other activities usually found in a gymnasium, Services included: Mechanical, Electrical,
<br />Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering,
<br />Sunny Isles Pier, Sunny Isles, FL. The project consisted of the lighting design and plumbing
<br />design for the renovation of the Sunny Isles Fishing Pier which is about 635' long, A new white
<br />vanilla box restaurant was added to the pier as well as a fish cleaning area. Completion Date:

<br />Adult Center Renovations, Hallandale, FL . This project consisted of the renovation of the
<br />Hallandale Adult Center Parking Area and Bus Loop Lighting, Services included electrical
<br />engineering for the design of the new parking lot and road way lighting completed in 2009 for a
<br />project cost of $1 million
<br />Jackie Gleason Community Center Upgrades and Renovations, Lauderhill, FL, Upgrades
<br />and renovations to an existing 20,000 SF community center. Services provided included:
<br />Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering, Completion Date: 2008 for a project cost of
<br />$1,500,000,
<br />Westwind Community Center, Fort Lauderdale, FL. New 6,000 SF Community Center which
<br />included meeting rooms, gym, game room, offices and bathrooms. The electrical design included
<br />lighting, site lighting, power, fire alarm security and communication systems, Mechanical design
<br />included heating, ventilating, air conditioning and plumbing systems,
<br />Sadkin Community Center, Lauderhill, FL, The project is a two story existing Community Center
<br />with approximately 6,800 SF per floor, The existing roof top units will be replaced and only
<br />selected areas will be renovated, Most of the first floor ceiling will be replaced, new lighting will
<br />be provided as well as new ductwork will be provided. Services provided included: Mechanical,
<br />Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, Project completed in 2009 for a project cost
<br />of $1 ,000,000,
<br />Nanay Community Center Addition, North Miami Beach, FL, The project consisted of the
<br />renovation and upgrade of the existing two story community center. Each story is approximately
<br />4,000 SF by adding an additional story and a roof deck. The additional floor included a kitchen,
<br />bathrooms, offices, recreational areas and meeting rooms for a project cost of $3 M,
<br />Olympus Community Center, Olympus Condominiums, Aventura, FL, This project consisted of
<br />the renovation and upgrades to the 24,000 SF Community Center. The facility was on two levels
<br />and included meeting space, a kitchen, offices, and bathrooms. The facility had drainage
