Additionally, Mr. <br />Civil Engineering, <br />Caratozzolo has vast knowledge of traffic engineering software such as Synchro and <br />Syracuse University <br />Highway Capacity Software. <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />CREDENTIALS <br />Meridian Parkway and Weston Road Signal Warrant, Weston FL: Mr. Caratozzolo <br />Professional Engineer, FL, <br />performed a signal warrant analysis for the intersection of Weston Road at Meridian <br />No. 69067 <br />Parkway located in Weston, Florida. The signal warrant analysis was prepared in <br />accordance with the signal warrant criteria set forth in the Manual on Uniform Control <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />Devices. The analysis consisted of a field review, traffic data collection, and the review <br />AFFILIATIONS <br />of crash history. The analysis concluded that 4 of the 9 signal warrants were met, <br />Institute of <br />therefore recommendation of a traffic signal was to be installed. <br />Transportation Engineers <br />Fire Station 67 Emergency Signal, Weston FL: Mr. Caratozzolo prepared emergency <br />PROJECT ATTRIBUTION <br />signal plans for Fire Station 67, located in Weston Florida. The signalization plans were <br />NOTES <br />prepared in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Control Devices and the Florida <br />[1] Traffic Engineer, Popli <br />Traffic Engineering Manual. The signalization plans included design for new curbing, <br />Design Group (2005 - <br />pavement markings, and signage. <br />2009) <br />Royal Palm Repaving Weston FL: Mr. Caratozzolo prepared resurfacing plans for <br />[2] Project Manager /Senior <br />Royal Palm Boulevard between Saddle Club Road and Weston Road, located in Weston <br />Engineer, Simmons & <br />Florida. The resurfacing plans included the resurfacing areas, updated pavement <br />White Inc (2005 - <br />markings, and updated signage in accordance with the 2009 Manual on Uniform Traffic <br />2009) <br />Control Devices. <br />[3] Traffic Engineer, URS <br />State Route 54A, Penn Yan, NY: The project was a rehabilitation of six miles of State <br />Corporation (2004 - <br />Route 54A in the Town of Jerusalem, Yates County, between Branchport and the Penn Yan <br />2005) <br />Village line. The project, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), <br />repaired pavement joints, resurfaced the highway and replaced a closed drainage system <br />[a] Project Engineer, <br />at Bluff Point. The project also consisted of constructing dedicated turn lanes and updated <br />McMahon Associates <br />signs and guide rail. Responsibilities include construction inspection.I i <br />Inc (2003 - 2004) <br />Trailways Bus Terminal Relocation, Rochester NY: The project scope was to <br />construct a new bus terminal on an existing parking lot. Extensive modification of the <br />existing site included new curb and pavement, concrete sidewalks, utility connections, <br />signs, pavement markings to provide the necessary building pad, bus parking, customer <br />parking, vehicle circulation, and pedestrian accommodations on the site. A very tight <br />coordination with the client and various State and Local agencies was the key to meeting <br />the aggressive project schedule and budget., ,I <br />Connector Road, Auburn NY: Locally Administered project involving the construction <br />of a new two mile road connection from North Street to Grant Avenue. Responsibilities <br />include traffic capacity analysis utilizing Synchro, traffic signal design, and maintenance <br />& protection of traffic. <br />Page 3113 <br />
