RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />PROJECT NAME: Hialeah Pump Station <br />CLIENT'S NAME: City of Hialeah <br />Water & Sewer Dept. <br />Mr. Armando Vidal, P.E. <br />TYPE OF FACILITY City of Hialeah <br />OR SERVICES: Annex Area Pump <br />Station <br />SRS PROJECT FEE: $279,000 <br />COMPLETION DATE: February 2008 <br />KEY INDIVIDUALS Ignacio Serralta, P.E. <br />INVOLVED: Oliverio Sanchez, P.E. <br />Jean - Claude Fontaneau <br />Ramon Lopez <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />SRS conducted a hydraulic analysis of the <br />proposed force main to determine size of line and <br />to verify compliance with previously prepared <br />Annex Area Water and Sewer Master Plan. <br />Prepared construction documents for the <br />construction of a 8.43 MGD regional /booster <br />sewer pump station consisting of a two -story <br />wet /dry well building with four 470 -HP pumps, <br />electrical control systems, telemetry, odor control <br />system, and backup generator. The Pump Station <br />has capacity to serve the entire annexed area <br />bounded by NW 138th Street (south), I -75 (east), <br />NW 107th Avenue (west), and NW 170th Street to <br />the north, and flows from Pump Stations 150, <br />152, 153, 154, 155, and 156; tributary portions <br />of the gravity sewer system at point of connect. <br />The pump station is located at Casas Park at W. <br />80th Street and W. 32nd Avenue. <br />The project also included a meter station to <br />measure flow out of station and the design of <br />approximately 3,060 LF of force main pipeline (24 <br />to 36 inch diameter) from pump station to point <br />of connection with existing MDWASD force main <br />at NW 87th Avenue and W. 80th Street. We also <br />designed approximately 1,600 linear feet of 24- <br />inch force main and 12 -inch gravity sewer mains <br />from point of connection with existing City's force <br />main and gravity system at W. 32 "d Avenue and <br />W. 76th Street to new pump station. <br />A 'A <br />
