Future year traffi c projections were developed and analyzed, and <br />potential circulation enhancements have been identifi ed. The study also entails extensive public <br />involvement, including a visioning charrette, stakeholder interviews, and multiple agency <br />meetings <br />Envision 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Update, North Florida <br />Transportation Planning Organization (TPO), Jacksonville, FL. Developed list of potential <br />projects, cost estimates for those projects, and revenue estimations. Also assisted in developing <br />and refi ning future land use scenarios with stakeholders and the general public, conducted <br />travel demand model testing for the scenarios, and developed potential roadway and transit <br />projects for the trend and selected alternative land use scenarios. <br />St. Johns County Transit Development Plan, North Florida Transportation Planning <br />Organization (TPO), St. Augustine, FL. Managed study which updated the plan to <br />extend to 2021. A ridership survey was conducted, potential route modifi cations and service <br />enhancements were evaluated, and a fi nancial plan was developed. Potential locations for <br />shelters were also identifi ed. <br />General Planning Consultant, Baker County, FL. Creation of a transportation concurrency <br />system, including drafting of ordinance and manual as well as development of tracking <br />database. Other tasks have included reviewing traffi c studies and developing a thoroughfare <br />master plan outlining a 25-year vision. <br />Towne of Seahaven, Seahaven Development Company, Panama City Beach, FL. <br />Served as the lead transportation planner in the development of a mixed-use high density <br />redevelopment on Panama City Beach. The development included completing a DRI and <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) traffi c study. <br />2030 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), Polk County Transportation Planning <br />Organization (TPO), Polk County, FL. Assisted in the development and testing of 2020 and <br />2030 Florida Standard Urban Transportation Model Structure (FSUTMS) models for use in the <br />LRTP.
