Key points to be <br />addressed: <br />• Review the objectives and criteria for the project with City staff. <br />• Designate responsibilities of each consultant on the design team. <br />• Establish a planning schedule. <br />• Discuss funding, budget and critical associated grant timeline. <br />• Program Development; existing renovation, expansion or new construction <br />1.4 Site Inspection - The Team will tour the project site and conduct a one-day work session with City staff <br />and other key parties.
