SGM is <br />commissioned to provide engineering design services in areas of: HVAC, IAQ, lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarm, <br />CC-TV/ security, systems/audio, LEED and construction administration throughout the Town of Palm Beach. <br /> <br />SGM‟s services include but are not limited to: <br /> Program and Scope Verification <br /> Schematic, design development, permitable construction drawings, specs and construction administration <br />including the close-out documents <br /> Peer review, feasibility studies and budgeting <br /> Trouble shooting for on-going problems in existing facilities <br /> Renovation replacement for existing chillers, cooling towers, condenser pumps, primary/secondary chilled <br />water pumps, VFD's, VAV's, Building Automation System, Laboratory systems, library, kitchen/cafeteria, <br />offices, computer/ IT rooms, emergency power systems, lightning protections, warehouse, community <br />centers and auditoriums <br /> Review, comment, and approval of design documents, and final construction drawings and specifications <br /> Commissioning/ retro-commissioning/ or re-commissioning of existing facilities <br /> Contract administration and inspection services for construction/renovation projects <br /> Inspection and reporting services for existing MEP Systems to identify potential problems that related to, but <br />not limited to materials and workmanship, and system age.
