<br /> <br />2010, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman was an Electrical Engineer for the new Variable <br />Frequency Drives and Controls for all existing air handling units, fan, blowers and secondary chilled water pumps. SGM was <br />the Engineer of the record and responsible for a solid commissioning plan for this 4,200,000 sq. ft. facility, the second <br />largest convention center in the nation. The new plan was an alteration to existing facilities HVAC system. As part of this <br />project, SGM is currently upgrading and replacing the existing multi manufacturer HVAC building automation systems (BAS) <br />to the most current hardware and software using one manufacturer’s product. This BAS will be integrated through an <br />enterprise level portal with remote accessibility. The goal is to integrate the campus wide buildings into one BAS web based <br />access point.SGM is responsible for design of new controls, energy management system in compliance with codes, <br />development of specifications, sequence of controls, design and general construction scheduling, cost estimating, and <br />construction management. <br /> <br />2010, Orlando Science Center HVAC, Lighting, Power, Plumbing & Fire Protection Energy Assessment, Orlando, FL <br />– Mr. Goykhman was an electrical designer for this project to identify and recommend the best and most economical and <br />energy efficient method of correcting the HVAC equipment located at the Orlando Science Center Complex. Responsibilities <br />included: operation and the deficiencies associated with the operation. Inspect the facilities in areas of HVAC, lighting, <br />power, Fire Alarm, security system, Plumbing & FP system. Review the as-build and compare with actual conditions to learn <br />more about the operation. Attend meetings with the project team, City PM and owner’s rep to coordinate the activities and <br />review SGM’s findings. Identify all the deficiencies associated with building’s HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarm, plumbing & <br />FP systems. Provide a break down and inspection report including executive summary outlining the cost and improvement <br />plan for the building operation. <br />2010, Orange County Government Fire Station 35, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman provided commissioning services for <br />LEED enhanced commissioning, developed the owners OPR documents, reviewed drawings, during construction, <br />developed the commissioning plan, attended construction meetings, witnessed equipment start up, performed functional <br />performance tests on the equipment and provided Test & Balance services. <br />2009, Orange County Government District 9 Medical Examiner’s Office Facility, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman was an <br />Electrical Engineer for the District Nine Medical Examiner’s Office which is a 41,283 SF facility that consists of three <br />separate buildings: Medical Examiner’s Office, Morgue and Decomposition Morgue. The building is one of the first green <br />Medical Examiner’s offices in the nation. This LEED Certified building will reduce its water consumption by 40 percent in one <br />year with the use of low-flow fixtures and native landscaping. <br />2007, City of Titusville, Fire Command Center, Titusville, FL – Mr. Goykhman was an electrical engineer for the building <br />assessment report regarding the MEP conditions of the City of Titusville’s Fire Command Center. SGM determined and <br />identified current issues for life safety, ADA, HVAC, IAQ and power/electric systems. SGM also prepared cast estimates for <br />associated deficiencies that were outlined in the report. The City utilized the report to request funding based on the findings. <br />2007, Orange County Corrections Central Utility Plant Chiller Expansion, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman provided <br />electrical design services for the existing central chiller plant which was required to meet the campus HVAC needs. <br />Additionally, Mr. Goykhman provided designs for the upgrade of the building electrical and lighting systems. <br />2007, City of Orlando Barker Park, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman provided electrical design for supplementary lighting to <br />ensure safety at night in the park. Pedestrian lights were installed along the existing sidewalks and additional safety lights <br />were placed along a new fishing pier. New lights were executed in the old and new parking lots. <br />2007, Orange County Kelly Park, Apopka, FL – Mr. Goykhman provided electrical engineering design services to produce <br />a main site distribution to support the proposed maintenance building. Victor’s design included two 4” electrical PVC <br />underground conduits with pull boxes located every 100 feet. One conduit carries wiring for power and the other carries <br />wiring for the telecom system. <br />2007, City of New Port Richey Recreation and Aquatic Center, New Port Richey, FL – Mr. Goykhman provided <br />electrical design services for the renovation of the thirty-seven year old existing recreation center and addition of a new <br />37,000 SF complex with a gymnasium, locker rooms, fitness center and meeting rooms. Exterior lighting was added for the <br />outdoor tennis courts, parking lots, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, and walking trails. <br />2003, City of Maitland Public Works Yard and West Side Fire Station, Maitland, FL – Mr. Goykhman provided electrical <br />design services for the entire Public Works Yard and West Side Fire Station. The scope consisted of four new structures <br />including the grounds maintenance building, fleet maintenance building, offices and shops combined to make a two-story <br />building, and the West Side Fire Station. The surrounding areas are designated for general park and recreational areas. <br />2002, Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant, Jupiter, FL – Mr. Goykhman provided electrical services for the facility. <br />This included the plant, a pump station, and associated office/lab complex. Site visits to gather data and complete the final <br />inspection were included in the scope of services. Nestor evaluated the existing electrical distribution system in order to <br />provide a cost estimate associated with demolition, replacement of new electrical distribution systems.
