<br /> <br />2002, Orange County Government Corrections Facility, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman helped upgrade the energy <br />management system to monitor the entire campus, upgrade building electrical and lighting systems, fire alarm and intercom <br />systems, provide a complete lightning protection system, new panel boards and feeders for the 32,000SF expansion of <br />offices, a conference room, warehouse and storage and maintenance shop for the Orange County Correctional Facility. <br />2002, Orange County Government Internal Operations Center Building, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman was an Electrical <br />Engineer for the renovation work at the Orange County Government Internal Operations Center Building. SGM was <br />responsible for completing the replacement of the existing voice and fire alarm systems, converting the building to <br />conventional horn/strobe system (allowed as a result of changes in applicable codes), the replacement of rooftop 100 ton <br />air-cooled chiller, chiller pumps, and upgrade of chiller piping, providing provision of temporary grade-mounted temporary <br />chiller and related mechanical and electrical provisions as well as the renovation of electrical distribution system to increase <br />quantity of branch circuit breakers, reduce neutral overheating and provide surge suppression devices. <br />2002, Orange County Government Corrections Facility 911 Emergency Response Center, Orlando, FL – Mr. <br />Goykhman was an Electrical Engineer for the site investigation of the 911 Emergency Response Center. Mr. Goykhman <br />helped upgrade the building telecommunication system, upgrade fire alarm, intercom systems, electrical and lighting <br />systems, and emergency backup systems. <br />2001, Orange County Courthouse Study, Orlando, FL – Mr. Goykhman conducted a site investigation which identified the <br />ADA, HVAC, fire alarm, lighting, space planning and FF&E needs.
