The parking garage is <br />368,000 SF, 5 Levels and 950 spaces. The ga- <br />rage is completely integrated with the rest of the <br />structure and is completely concealed by the hab- <br />itable areas of the building. Total <br />building area is approximately 252,000 GSF. The <br />facility will have an adjacent fueling island and <br />emergency back -up system to allow for operations <br />after a storm event. This building is registered to <br />receive LEED Silver certification. <br />Camillus House Center Parking Garage, Miami, <br />FL WA is providing A/E services for a multi - <br />building campus that encompasses over 215,000 <br />SF of administration and support facilities and in- <br />cludes state -of- the -art features such as a biomet- <br />ric security system.
