A 26,000 SF third level houses the Village's <br />Government offices, public meeting spaces, build- <br />ing and zoning offices and the police station with <br />offices, dispatch center and holding cells. <br />Cocowalk Parking Garage Expansion, Coconut <br />Grove, FL WA provided architectural and engi- <br />neering services for a $6 Million expansion and <br />improvement to the existing Cocowalk complex in <br />Coconut Grove including a new parking structure, <br />eight cinemas and retail facilities. The five - level, <br />140,000 SF parking garage accommodates 360 <br />vehicles. The structural design includes a post- tension <br />concrete structural system up to the cinema level <br />and a steel roofing structure. The mechanical sys- <br />tems include a ventilation system in the enclosed <br />garage with both the garage and cinemas fully <br />sprinkled <br />Doctor's Hospital Parking Garage, Coral Ga- <br />bles, FL WA provided architectural and engineer- <br />ing services for the design of a six -level parking <br />garage and a four - story, 50,000 SF medical office <br />building at Doctor's Hospital in Coral Gables.
