Staffing <br />Engineers Planners Surcepnrs <br />STE Team has the combined staff resources that can be dedicated to this contract to effectively fulfill the <br />requirements for issued task assignments. Clifford Loutan, P.E. the Project Manager, is the Director of <br />Engineering and shall be committed to the City for the duration of the contract. Charles Rossi, PLS is the <br />director of Surveying and will provide necessary survey information to support engineering design. STE <br />shall dedicate sufficient staff i.e., Design Engineers, CADD Operators and Field Representatives to support <br />the Project Manager on all assignments and shall ensure that these staff members are available at all times to <br />complete tasks in the most prompt and professional manner. <br />Like most firms and individuals in today's economy, workloads have decreased. STE will give this contract <br />top priority and, if selected, we will guarantee that work will be completed on time and within budget and to <br />the highest degree of professional standards <br />Sun -Tech Engineering (STE) is proud of our ability to fast track or expedite projects. Effective project <br />management and adherence to operational protocol by all personnel including sub - consultants will ensure that <br />projects are completed in the most efficient and expeditious manner. Management of personnel time, <br />performance and productivity combined with the great technological advancements in electronic data <br />management and transfer will enable the STE Team to fast -track any given task under this contract. <br />STE will maintain an active web site with a secure .FTP link for City staff and / or other consultants to <br />download and upload documents for prompt review and comments. Autodesk Design Review software will <br />be available to allow City staff and sub- consultants to view, print, measure, and mark up and revise 2D and <br />3D drawings without the original design- creation software. This allows a fully paperless review and approval <br />process. Once the drawing is reviewed electronically with Autodesk Design Review software, the drawing <br />can be uploaded back into the .FTP site with corrections and comments noted to enable immediate response <br />by the STE Team. Utilizing this software significantly reduces time for review and approval cycles and <br />reduces printing and shipping costs.
