fl <br />Schedules, and <br />Other concerns <br />Contract Change Management: To coordinate the Project cost and schedule impact, documentation shall be <br />processed promptly on design and field generated changes. Contract Change Orders shall be processed for <br />any change in scope, schedule or special conditions that affect the contract. <br />Construction Document Schedule: Create a schedule for completion of the construction document phase of <br />the project. It shall be the responsibility of the Target Team to monitor, maintain and report progress. <br />Coordination Procedures: Create a coordination procedure for Design Team, Contractor and Project Manager <br />to present their input. <br />Document Control: The Target Team will maintain a complete set of project files and establish a filing <br />system for project. This system is used on all FDOT projects and provides the basis for submittal of the final <br />estimate. <br />Site Engineering: The Target Team will conduct site engineering and provide the following: <br />• Furnish on -site engineering services and technical advice as required to facilitate construction <br />compliance with design, specifications and good engineering practices; <br />• Provide design interpretation, detailing, quality control, testing, acceptance and turnover; <br />• Review and comment, reject or approve submittals for equipment and materials supplied by <br />contractor. Incorporate into project schedule as required; <br />• Liaison with design to clarify and respond to the Contractor's RFI's and record all data accordingly <br />based on date received, date responded, etc.; <br />• Document receipt of drawings, specifications and vendor's data; <br />• Review drawing revisions so that the Contractor is working from latest revision; <br />• Review record as -built drawings for turnover to Owner; <br />• Assist in the daily field management of the Contractor with regard to the documenting of activities, <br />inspections and quantity surveys of materials removed or placed in order to obtain the data required <br />in the daily, weekly and monthly project and progress payment reports; and <br />• Attend staff and Contractor's Weekly Progress Meeting to report on access, RFI's, NCR's, progress <br />and field problems that are potential or existing barriers to construction continuity. <br />Inspections: The Target Team's inspectors shall: <br />• Perform daily site inspections of Contractor's work, note any non conformance (NC) and report the <br />issues to the Contractor; <br />• Initiate Contractor Daily Reports to monitor weather conditions, manpower equipment, activities and <br />quantities. This backup data may be used by the Target Team and the County in case of potential or <br />active claims initiated by the Contractor or Subcontractors; and <br />• Verify quantities as may be noted on Contractor's Monthly Progress Payment Report. <br />Liaison with Design Team: As liaison, the Target Team will: <br />Target Engineering Group, Inc. <br />Page 12 of 20 <br />
