s <br />LI <br />1 l -J <br />I"iI <br />• Receive Contractor's RFIs querying design issues, interface with design groups and respond to <br />contractor's queries; <br />• Clarify and communicate design interpretation with the Design Team on an as needed basis; <br />• Initiate and /or supervise coordination drawing meetings; and <br />• Communicate field design issues and /or field methods for approval from the Design Team. <br />Progress Photos: Photos will be taken each month to record the Project's monthly progress. The photographs <br />will be included in the last section of the Monthly Progress Report. <br />Notice of Completion: The contractor shall inform the Target Team via letter, that the work is ready for a <br />preliminary Punch Listing (P /L). This P/L shall be carried out by the Target Team field staff in coordination <br />with the Design Team, Consultants, and the County. <br />Contract Completion and Acceptance Certificate: After a notice of completion is issued, a contract <br />completion and acceptance certificate shall be prepared and signed by the Target Team. After being signed <br />by the contractor, copies are distributed to those parties involved for their information as to the status of the <br />final completion. <br />Release and Waiver of Lien: After all work is complete, all claims settled, and all change orders executed a <br />release and waiver of lien shall be prepared by the Target Team. After execution by the Contractor, copies <br />are distributed for information. <br />Final Progress ss Payment Report and Retention Release: After completion of the final payment checklist, <br />release and waiver of lien, and completion and acceptance certification, the Target Team will prepare the <br />final progress payment. <br />Summary of Public Information Officer Services <br />Primary significance of a detailed Public Information plan is to initially identify the key stakeholders which <br />include but are not limited to City representatives, property owners; residents affected by the proposed <br />activities. Once identified, it is crucial to effectively coordinate and communicate stakeholders regarding <br />project activities, right -of -entry coordination and prior notification of any construction related activities. Key <br />assessments that will require close coordination and notification prior to and during construction include <br />advanced warning to pedestrians with regard to access, alternate routes and street crossing throughout the <br />corridor, as well as close coordination with local merchants and residents of upcoming activities prior to and <br />during construction. The importance of notifying all key stakeholders and community leaders is also of high <br />importance for executing an effective public information plan. <br />Process to Implement PIO Plan <br />The process for successfully executing the required public information initiatives in preconstruction, as well <br />and during and post are as follows: <br />Target Engineering Group, Inc.
