Pre - Construction Public Information Initiatives Timeframe • Develop a Public Information / Liaison Program and Initial Plan, also known as also known as a Community Awareness Plan (CAP): The PIO will conduct extensive research on the municipality and local community throughout the project limits, review project plans and generate a detailed outreach plan based on the potential impacts that were determined during the initial project research.
