<br />South Broward Hospital District, Hollywood and Pembroke Pines, Florida. Programming, planning and
<br />civil engineering design, permitting and construction for all types of hospital expansion projects. Hospital
<br />facilities such as emergency rooms, surgery center, fire access plans, platting, energy plants, drainage design,
<br />potable water and fire protection. All aspects of civil engineering from concept to completion.
<br />Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, Hollywood, Florida. Project Manager for this $165 million free‐
<br />standing children’s hospital beginning with planning, site plan approval, traffic studies, streetscape
<br />improvements, construction documents and construction management. All aspects of civil engineering
<br />including potable water, sanitary sewer, sewer pump station, paving and drainage as well as off‐site
<br />roadway improvements.
<br />Memorial Hospital Miramar, Florida. Project Manager for civil engineering design of drainage systems
<br />associated with parking lots and pedestrian walkways including on‐site retention or discharge, water
<br />quality treatment, environmental permitting as well as potable water and sanitary sewer services.
<br />Jackson South Hospital Campus Expansion, Miami, Florida. Project Manager for this hospital expansion
<br />including site plan approval, construction documents, permitting and construction management. All
<br />aspects of civil engineering including potable water, sanitary sewer, paving and drainage as well as off‐site
<br />roadway improvements.
<br />LAND DEVELOPMENT DESIGN EXPERIENCE
<br />Waterview/Foxcroft, Miramar, Florida. The project is a 133 acre former golf course that is being
<br />converted into a multi‐use development including industrial/office/warehouse, multi‐family, and single
<br />family homes. CGA’s role includes civil engineering, area drainage analysis, planning, survey, and landscape
<br />architecture and construction services. The project has involved close coordination with the City of
<br />Miramar on many issues including drainage, utilities, road improvements, platting, and variances. The
<br />project involves many phased approvals and the granting by the City of early earthwork operations.
<br />Radius Condominium, Hollywood, Florida. Project Manager for this downtown re‐development multi‐
<br />use project including multi‐family residential, commercial and parking garage. All aspects of civil
<br />engineering beginning with site plan approval, streetscape improvements, construction documents and
<br />construction management. Civil engineering included potable water, sanitary sewer lining and
<br />replacement, paving and drainage including drainage discharge via gravity drainage injection wells.
<br />Pembroke Falls Residential Development Site, Pembroke Pines, Florida. Created master plan for all
<br />surface water, potable water and sewer systems, sewage lift station design, gravity sewer line design, water
<br />main design and cost estimates for all work on 1500‐acre site. Development of individual parcels including
<br />all utility design and permitting required for site development.
<br />Hollywood Station MultiUse Phases One, Two and Three, Hollywood, Florida. Project Manager for
<br />this downtown re‐development multi‐use project including work‐live units, multi‐family residential,
<br />commercial and parking garage. All aspects of civil engineering beginning with site plan approval,
<br />streetscape improvements, construction documents and construction management. Civil engineering
<br />included potable water, sanitary sewer replacement, paving and grading. Due to site constraints, drainage
