<br />Karl Kennedy, PE, Page 4  <br /> Designed water, sewer, roadway and drainage facilities for a 1,500 acre housing development including  <br />gravity sewer system, water and wastewater transmission mains.  Project also included preparation of  <br />the utility master plan, design of utilities including the sewage pumping stations and cost estimates for  <br />all utility work.  <br /> Design of the 26‐acre Spring Valley Park including parking lot areas, four inline hockey rinks.  Also  <br />included is the design of the water, sewer, paving, and drainage improvements associated with the  <br />construction of a concession building with bathrooms. The work included site lighting, landscaping and  <br />irrigation, and drainage modifications and a nature preserve.  <br />Page 3| 13
