I <br />Gateway Park Construction Mana ,-ement Services RFQ# 12 -06 -01 <br />Interstate 95 Express Lane Project, Miami -Dade & Broward <br />rl County, FL: 1 -95 Express is a design -build transportation <br />infrastructure project which will extend the existing express <br />lanes north from the Golden Glades Interchange, in Miami -Dade <br />County, to Broward Boulevard, in Broward County, by <br />converting the existing High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes to <br />two express lanes in each direction. Other work on the project <br />r includes: installing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) <br />components; modifying the Ives Dairy Road interchange; bridge <br />widening at specific locations; and installing new noise walls at <br />locations between Hollywood Boulevard and Taft Street. <br />r] <br />Construction began in late 2011 and will last approximately <br />I three years and cost an estimated $106 million. Construction <br />will be done in four phases from late 2011 until 2014. <br />r <br />CIMA is a member of the Construction Management team <br />providing on -site inspection and engineering support as well as <br />administrative reviews and project documentation services. <br />Snake Road Bridge Replacement, Hendry County, FL: CIMA <br />was the primary consultant on this project providing <br />Construction Engineering & Inspection services, which involved <br />construction of a new bridge and roadway along with pond <br />construction, channel excavation, earthwork, water and sewer, <br />drainage, asphalt and signage improvements. The bridge is a <br />vital component of the access to the Indian Reservation located <br />in the Big Cypress Reserve in Hendry County, FL. The total cost <br />of the project is $2.2 million and the 300 day construction <br />schedule was completed in February 2011 on time and on <br />budget. <br />The scope of work on the project included: two lane bridge with <br />multi path, bridge demolition, contamination remediation, <br />channel excavation, new drainage system, milling and <br />resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, signage, striping, <br />pavement markings, landscaping, utility adjustments, new <br />watermain, installation of new sewer and fire hydrants, <br />sidewalk, driveways and curb & gutter elements. <br />�I—) Phase 2 — RFP Concept <br />95 EXPRESS °1°' <br />. <br />CIMA 's Qualification Statement Page 9of16 <br />
