Options analysis <br />We discuss all the different options of material and suggest ways <br />to save money when the opportunity arises. Fastrack MCI will <br />look at all the different components that factor in to what types <br />of materials can be used and where. This is based on design <br />criteria, location, and clients needs. <br />Design review <br />Our design review includes a thorough redi- check. This allows us <br />to compare, coordinate , and pick up mistakes to the drawings <br />prior to the start of the project, thus minimizing change orders, <br />and also additional cost to the owned. <br />Budget estimating <br />At Fastrack MCI we try to ensure that the owners budget is never <br />increased. This is done through many different ways. FMCI <br />estimates the entire project and uses our historical database for <br />cost analysis. We couple this with the tremendous savings effort <br />from our sub - contractors, to ensure the owners budget is kept in <br />tack. <br />Value Engineering <br />During preconstruction we do a QA /QC review of the drawings. <br />During this review we look at constructability, ADA compliance, <br />drawing discrepancies, site usage and items pertaining to safety. <br />We do this in order to try to eliminate any potential issues that <br />might arise, prior to construction, so that we can minimize <br />construction issues, RFI's and change orders. We do this to help <br />keep cost down while maintaining the quality the owner expects. <br />Fastrack MCI is very knowledgeable in all types of construction <br />types and materials. This gives us the ability to do in depth Value <br />Engineering Analysis of the project and find many ways to save <br />cost without sacrificing quality for the owner while retaining the <br />aesthetic integrity the Architect is looking for. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Qualifications No. 12 -06 -01 <br />
