PROJECT PLAN AND SCHEDULE <br /> The L-3 Communications team has installed enterprise solutions in all types of <br /> environments and facilities across the country and is able to successfully install systems <br /> in this environment. <br /> The L-3 project manager and the designated client Point of Contact (POC) will develop <br /> a project schedule during pre-construction meetings which will be scheduled after the <br /> execution of the purchase order. <br /> The L-3 will work with the department to determine the project schedule. <br /> The details of scope and schedule will be established in the initial <br /> meetings with the Project manager and Project Team.
