<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 17-04-01 15 <br /> <br /> Response Call Back Time <br /> Response Onsite Time <br /> Professional Services hourly rate to add, modify or remove primary screen functionality <br />or features <br /> <br /> 3.26 OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach should retain sole possession and ownership of all artwork and <br />source code generated during this project. Any special design/artwork developed for this project <br />will be exclusively owned by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />3.3 LOCATIONS <br /> <br /># Location <br />1 Heritage Park 19200 Collins Avenue <br />2 Gateway Park 151 Sunny Isles Blvd. <br /> <br />*The City may increase or remove the number of kiosks at various City locations during the term <br />of the contract as deemed necessary. <br />3.4 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to make the necessary site visits to <br />determine available space for installation, available utility connections and proposed <br />arrangement for capacity. The successful Contractor shall provide new or like new equipment <br />or a City-approved equal. Contractor should include as part of his proposal pictures of machines <br />graphics and designs. <br /> <br />3.5 DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION <br /> <br />Initially, equipment shall be delivered, installed and operational at all awarded locations within a <br />period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after notification of award. Equipment shall <br />be secured to provide for safe, secure operation and to prevent tipping or shifting. All delivery <br />and installation costs shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. For additional kiosk, once the <br />design and software has been implemented, all locations shall be delivered, installed and <br />operational within a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from written <br />notification. <br /> <br />3.6 IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED <br /> <br />The selected Proposer shall be responsible for providing on-site installation, integration, software <br />implementation, and configuration services for all components of the Kiosks purchased under the <br />resultant contract.
