PROCEDURE: <br /> 1) The Human Resources Department screens all employment applicants to <br /> determine if a member of an employee's family is being considered for a possible <br /> position which would place the City in conflict with the Florida Anti-nepotism <br /> Statute. Applicants are informed to advise Human Resources of any type of family <br /> relationship existing with a current employee of the City. <br /> 2) The Human Resources Department performs that same function with "Request for <br /> Transfer" that are received from employees. <br /> 3) The Human Resources Department informs the family member applicant of the <br /> City's policy. <br /> CODING: Words stricken are deletions, words underlined are additions. <br /> 206-1 Employment of Relatives Page 2 of 2 <br /> 54 <br />
