EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS CHK America is the leading provider of static and interactive wayfinding solutions to the public transportation industry. CHK America has been providing static wayfinding solutions to public transportation agencies for over 17 years. Because we come from a traditional wayfinding background, we have the most experience in communicating complex service information to the customer. We combine those skills with the ability to integrate that data into a variety of wayfinding mediums(such as static, interactive and mobile)to produce a unified messaging system.As stated previously,we consider this project to be a wayfinding effort.The fact that we are using an interactive kiosk to communicate the wayfinding information does not alter the nature of this project. Much like you would not want the manufacturer of canvas to do the painting of your portrait, you will not want a software developer designing a wayfinding interface. Canvas manufacturers are not artists and software engineers are not wayfinding designers. CHK America provides the canvas and the artistry because we have the skills and experience to do both. Discussed below are four projects that CHK America is currently involved with or has just completed. The projects involve designing the interface and coding for interactive wayfinding kiosks. These projects are representative of the work required by the City and will demonstrate our ability to develop an interactive solution that is extremely popular with the residents and visitors.
