<br />3.4.6. Quality Assurance <br /> <br />Work will be closely monitored by City personnel and/or designated representatives. The Contractor must cooperate with all <br />monitors representing the City. <br /> <br />3.5. PHASE 1: EMERGENCY ROADWAY DEBRIS CLEARING <br /> <br />3.5.1. General <br /> <br />The goal of Phase 1 Clearing is to move debris directly deposited int the roadway to the side of the road to open key access <br />routes into devastated areas and allow for the movement of emergency vehicles, law enforcement, resumption of critical services, <br />and damage assessment of critical public facilities and utilities. At least one lane must be cleared on each arterial, major, and <br />secondary road after the hurricane/disaster event has subsided within the specified timeframe. Priorities will be established by <br />the City Debris Manager. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall commence mobilization immediately upon receipt of the Debris Clearing Task Order, meeting the following <br />progress patterns: 24 Hours - 50%, 48 hours - 100% unless otherwise negotiated. This represents a minimum response schedule <br />and does not restrict an earlier response <br /> <br /> <br />5
