1) Each separate catalog, brochure, or single page submitted shall have <br />identification noted herein. <br /> <br />2) Catalogs or brochures submitted containing multiple items for <br />approval, need the identification only on the exterior. <br /> <br />3) In these cases the identification shall include the page and catalog <br />item numbers. <br /> <br />c. Setting plans or installation drawings for equipment, drives, and bases. <br /> <br />d. Supporting calculations for equipment and associated supports, or <br />hangers required or specified to be designed by equipment <br />manufacturers. <br /> <br />e. Complete manufacturer's specifications, including materials description <br />and paint system. <br /> <br />f. List of materials and supplies furnished with the equipment. <br /> <br />g. Special handling instructions. <br /> <br />h. Requirements for storage and protection prior to installation. <br /> <br />i. Requirements for routine maintenance required prior to start up. <br /> <br />j. List of requested exceptions to the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />C. Identification Data: <br /> <br />1. Submittals for approval shall have the following identification data, as <br />applicable, contained thereon or permanently adhered thereto: <br /> <br />a. Project name and location. <br /> <br />b. Job number. <br /> <br />c. Subcontractor's vendor's and/or manufacturer's name and address. <br /> <br />d. Product identification. <br /> <br />e. Shop drawing title, drawing number, revision number, date of drawing <br />and revision. <br /> <br />f.
