g. Vacant space 6 inches by 4 inches shall be provided to receive the <br />ENGINEERs review stamp. <br /> <br />2. Catalog data ("cut sheets") <br /> <br />a. Each separate catalog, brochure, or single page submitted shall have the <br />identification required hereinbefore. <br /> <br />b. Catalogs or brochures submitted containing multiple items for approval <br />need the identification only on the exterior. <br /> <br />4) In this instances the identification shall include page and catalog item <br />numbers. <br /> <br />D. CONTRACTOR's Responsibility <br /> <br />1. Submittal of shop drawing or catalog data, bearing the CONTRACTOR’s <br />approval stamp, represents that the CONTRACTOR has determined and <br />verified field measurements, field construction criteria, materials, <br />dimensions, catalog numbers and similar data, or will do so, and that he has <br />checked and coordinated each item with other applicable approved shop <br />drawings and the contract requirements. <br /> <br />a. Shop drawings and catalog data submitted without the CONTRACTOR's <br />stamp of approval will be returned to the CONTRACTOR without review. <br /> <br />2. Approval of shop drawings, samples, or catalog data by the ENGINEER <br />shall not authorize deviation from the requirement of the Contract <br />Documents nor shall this approval relieve the CONTRACTOR from <br />responsibility for errors or omissions therein. <br /> <br />E. Shop Drawing Review <br /> <br />1. The ENGINEER shall have ten (10) working days to review shop <br />drawings. <br /> <br />a. In this case, working days shall be defined as days in which the <br />ENGINEER's office is open for regular business. <br /> <br />3.05 FINAL SHOP DRAWINGS TO BE SUBMITTED TO OWNER <br /> <br />A.
