3. Catalog numbers and similar data <br /> <br />4. Conformance and Specifications <br />C. Furnish the OWNER and ENGINEER a schedule of shop drawing submittals <br />fixing the respective dates for the submission of shop and working drawings, <br />the beginning of manufacture, testing and installation of materials, supplies and <br />equipment. <br /> <br />1. This schedule shall indicate those that are critical to the progress schedule. <br /> <br />D. Begin no work covered by a drawing, data, or a sample returned for correction <br />until a revision or correction thereof has been reviewed and returned to him, by <br />the ENGINEER approved. <br /> <br />E. Submit to the OWNER and ENGINEER drawings and schedules sufficiently in <br />advance of construction requirements to provide no less than ten (10 ) calendar <br />days for checking and appropriate action from the time the ENGINEER <br />receives them. <br /> <br />F. Submit five (5) copies of descriptive or product data submittals to complement <br />shop drawings for the ENGINEER plus the number of copies which the <br />CONTRACTOR requires. <br /> <br />1. Blueprint shop drawings shall be submitted with one (1 ) set of reproducible <br />and four (4) sets of print. <br /> <br />2. The ENGINEER will review the drawings and return to the CONTRACTOR <br />the set of marked-up drawings with appropriate review comments. <br /> <br />G. Accept responsibility for and bear cost of damages which may result from the <br />ordering of material or from proceeding with part of work prior to the review by <br />ENGINEER of the necessary shop drawings. <br /> <br />1.04 ENGINEER'S REVIEW OF SHOP DRAWINGS <br /> <br />A. The ENGINEER's review of drawings, data and samples submitted by the <br />CONTRACTOR will cover only general conformity to the Specifications, <br />external connections, and dimensions which affect the installation. <br /> <br />1. The ENGINEER's review will not constitute an approval of dimensions, <br />quantities, and details of the material, equipment, device, or item shown. <br /> <br />B.
