<br />2. as relieving the CONTRACTOR of responsibility for errors, including details, <br />dimensions, and materials; <br /> <br />3. as approving departures from details furnished by the ENGINEER, except <br />as otherwise provided herein. <br /> <br />C. If the drawings or schedule as submitted describe variations and show a <br />departure from the Contract requirements which ENGINEERs finds to be in the <br />interest of the OWNER and to be minor as not to involve a change in the <br />Contract Price or time for performance, the ENGINEER may return the <br />reviewed drawings without noting an exception. <br /> <br />D. When reviewed by the ENGINEER, each of the shop drawings will be identified <br />as having received such review being so stamped and dated. <br /> <br />1. Shop drawings stamped "REJECTED" and with required corrections shown <br />will be returned to the CONTRACTOR for correction and resubmittal. <br /> <br />E. Resubmittals will be handled in the same manner as the first submittals. <br /> <br />1. On resubmittals, direct specific attention, in writing or on resubmitted shop <br />drawings, to revisions other than the corrections requested by the <br />ENGINEER on previous submissions. <br /> <br />2. Make corrections required by the ENGINEER. <br /> <br />F. If the CONTRACTOR considers correction indicated on the drawings to <br />constitute a change to the Contract Drawings or Specifications, give written <br />notice thereof to the ENGINEER. <br /> <br />G. The ENGINEER will review a submittal/resubmittal a maximum of three (3) <br />times after which cost of review will be borne by the CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />1. The cost of ENGINEERing shall be equal to the ENGINEER's charges to <br />the OWNER under the terms of the ENGINEER's agreement with the <br />OWNER. <br /> <br />H. When the shop drawings have been approved, carry out the construction in <br />accordance therewith and make no further changes therein except upon written <br />instructions from the ENGINEER. <br /> <br />I. No partial submittals will be reviewed. <br /> <br />1.
