B. Failure to protect the stockpiles and allowing material to becomes unsatisfactory <br />as a result, such material, if directed, shall be removed and replaced with <br />satisfactory on-site or imported material from approved sources at no additional <br />cost to the OWNER. <br /> <br />C. Excavated material not required or not satisfactory for backfill shall be removed <br />from the site and shall be disposed of in designated or spoil areas. <br /> <br />D. Excess suitable material shall be carefully stockpiled for use in other portions of <br />the work, as specified below. <br /> <br />E.
