Furnish equipment, materials, and labor required for construction and removal <br />of forms for the containment of concrete to be cast in place, as shown in the <br />Drawings or as required for the completion of the project. <br /> <br />B. Formwork shall conform to standards of ACI 301 and 347 unless otherwise <br />noted. <br /> <br />B.
