Reinforcing shall conform to the requirements of ACI - 301, 315, 80, and 318 <br />(latest editions). <br /> <br />4. Welding certificate conformings to AWS D1.4 - 79. <br /> <br /> <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A.
