c" % G1 3Z%1 <br />2.13 FEDERAL, LOCAL AND STATE REGULATIONg <br />Bidder shall submit a copy of the following licenses and keep them current throughout the term of <br />the Contract: Certified Pest Control Operator in Lawn and OmamGntal3 licznsed by the State of <br />Florida, ISA Lartified Arborist, Miami -Dade County Irrigation License, Dade County Occupational <br />License; and current Local Business Tax Receipt. <br />2.14 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTSI_QUALIFICATIONS <br />The Contractor will provide ,tall that i, able to perform work at the highest Standards of <br />horticultural excellence. Key staff shall have current knowledge of best. management. practices <br />regarding safety, plant health, pruning, integrated Pe,t Management., pe,uclde application, <br />hazardous material spill response, and IMlgauon maintenance. It is the City's preference that turnover be kept to a minimum with personnel to <br />ensure a continuity of operations through the Contract term. <br />2.14.1 PROGRAM MANAGER <br />The Program Manager shall be responsible for the City of Sunny IsIGs Beach and must be <br />a senior level management emolovee and have full authority on a day-to-day basis to act <br />on behalf of the Contractor on all matters pertaining to the performance of the Work under <br />this Contract. The Program Manager shall have the authority to make immediate �ediate and <br />binding decisions on behalf of the Contractor without Obtaining any approvals from others <br />regarding the di,bursament of any resources needed including but not limited to materials, <br />equipment, labor, chemicals or otherwise as directed by the City.
