<br /> Media Reporting
<br /> IGS believes reporting is critical for assessing outreach, media and promotion activities
<br /> during the campaign. The report shows us if the media strategy is on the right track or if it
<br /> needs to be adapted to ensure we are meeting the objectives of the campaign. IGS
<br /> provides the City of Sunny Isles Beach and SIBTMC 4 quarterly reports. We create a
<br /> numerical breakdown by media types: broadcast, print, online sources and social media.
<br /> IGS uses an online tool called CisionPoint to track all agency generated stories and any
<br /> other mentions of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. CisionPoint provides IGS with real time
<br /> alerts so we can continue to track the strength of the campaign. We set up our monitoring
<br /> system with key words. In the report, we include clippings of articles and customized charts
<br /> ® and graphs. The first report contains the analytics gathered during the first quarter. Further
<br /> comparative statistics will be provided in later reports.
