Company must have access to a certified scale capable of weighing vehicles involved in serious or fatal <br /> accidents at the request of the investigator. <br /> Change of Tires <br /> Alpine Towing agrees to respond to requests from the Police and other City Departments to change vehicle tires <br /> where necessary and to provide roadside assistance. City Manager shall have the right to contact a towing <br /> company on contract, despite the rotation period for service. <br /> Annual Performance Review, Inspections and Audits <br /> Alpine understands that the City may conduct an annual performance review and will be evaluated on, but not <br /> limited to, response times, complaints received, care and custody of vehicles and owners' possessions, condition <br /> of facilities and equipment, extent and clarity of records, and conduct of management and personnel. This <br /> review will be conducted ninety (90) days prior to the contact anniversary date and Alpine Towing will be <br /> provided a copy of the review. Alpine will then respond to the review in writing and the parties shall meet to <br /> discuss the review and other pertinent subjects. A final report will consist of the review, Alpine's written <br /> response, and a summary of the annual review meeting will be prepared by City staff with a copy sent to the City <br /> Manager and Alpine Towing. <br /> Storage <br /> Alpine Towing will maintain a storage garage and outside storage facilities complying with all provisions of <br /> applicable building, zoning, environmental and ADA regulations sufficient to store all vehicles under this contract <br /> until the vehicle(s) are claimed by the owner or otherwise disposed of legally. As explained earlier, the storage <br /> compound must be of sufficient size capability to accommodate impounded vehicles. Said compound is under <br /> lease and shall be located within the distance requirements as specified by Florida Statute 715.07 et al. The <br /> office area is equipped with restroom facilities. There will be no repair work done in the inside or outside <br /> 0 storage areas. The storage facility meets the specifications as set forth in Section 713.78 (7)(b) as amended from <br /> time to time. ��nn <br />
