Conferences with staff <br />C. Documentation of systems: <br />(1) Civil <br />(2) Structural <br />(3) Mechanical <br />(4) Electrical <br />D. Specification of major building materials. <br />E. Full and complete specification of interior finish materials, color selections and furniture. <br />F. Preparation of construction documents, including but not limited to: <br />(1) Final site plan <br />(2) Exterior elevations <br />(3) Floor plans. <br />(4) Plans and descriptions of systems; structural, mechanical, and electrical <br />(5) Interior elevations/millwork profiles <br />(6) Reflected ceiling plans <br />(7) The firm shall provide the City the construction documents on or before fifty (50%) of <br />completion for review. In addition, by the fifty (50%) percent completion of the Construction <br />Documents the firm, in coordination with contraction must provide updated construction cost and <br />schedule estimates to City. <br />G. Coordination with civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical consultants <br />H. Final estimate of probable construction and FFE costs, if necessary <br />I. Drawings and written specifications for kitchen/food and beverage equipment <br />J. Written architectural specifications/project manual <br /> <br />F. Phase VI. Construction Administration <br /> <br />A. Bi-weekly or as needed construction meeting on site with the Consultant, architect and owner’s <br />representative <br />B. General administration of the contract for construction <br />C. Obtaining permits from all required agencies <br />D. Review and approval of shop drawings <br />E. Submittal services <br />F. Site visitation <br />G. On-site project representation <br />H. Payment certification <br />I. Administration of testing and inspection <br />J. Supplemental documentation <br />K. Administration of changes in the work <br />L. Interpretations and decisions
