Procurement of the artificial turf is a major component in meeting <br /> the desired timeline. <br /> Our expertise with this type of project gives us the ability, in conjunction with the design professional and <br /> the owner, to plan for the various construction activities, and more importantly, for the many peripheral <br /> activities. RDC meets with the design professional and the owner to review the project planning and <br /> implementation, and later re-visits the project construction plan to ensure that each park's conditions have <br /> not altered the plan. <br /> Work plan explaining how intend on meeting the established deadlines <br /> Recreational Design & Construction and its team will approach and permit each of the parks separately. <br /> RDC will develop an overall sequential project schedule encompassing both projects but each project will <br /> have its own construction schedule. This will enable a parallel track of construction so even if one of the <br /> parks requires extended regulatory approvals the work at the other park will continue on schedule. RDC <br /> will produce and present a detailed construction schedule, utilizing Microsoft Project, where the critical <br /> path item, the artificial turf procurement and installation is identified. The owner's representative will <br /> be consulted when developing the schedule to determine and document the project's overall goals. The <br /> construction schedule will then be developed in close collaboration with the artificial turf supplier. The <br /> ® remaining construction activities will be scheduled once the delivery date of the artificial turf is established. <br /> This will ensure that the deadlines are met with minimal impact to the community. <br /> Recreational Design & Construction, Inc.
