Such violations shall be cause for unilateral cancellation of this contract. 16.7 Ownership of Documents: The parties agree that all documentation and work product produced pursuant to this Agreement shall become the exclusive property of the City and shall be provided to the City upon request. 16.8 Indemnification and Waiver of Liability: The Architect agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its representatives, officers, directors, officials and employees from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses (including but not,limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs) to the extent the same are caused by the Architect's negligent acts,errors,mistakes or omissions relating to professional services in the performance of this Agreement. The Architect and Owner waive consequential damages for claims, disputes or other matters in question arising out of or relating to this Agreement. This mutual waiver is applicable, without limitation, to all consequential damages due to either party's termination of this Agreement,except as specifically provided in Article 11. 16.9 Insurance Requirements: The Architect shall maintain during the terms, except as noted, of this Agreement the following insurance: A.
