<br />As the President of the firm, Mr. Moore is ultimately responsible for all day to day operations of the firm. Mr. Moore works as the
<br />Client Project Manager for work in Broward County, Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach and continues to be involved in the
<br />successful completion of projects. These projects include sanitary collection improvements, pump station rehabilitation,
<br />transportation engineering enhancements, water and reclaimed water consulting along with all other phases of civil engineering
<br />design and neighborhood improvements. Additionally, Mr. Moore serves as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Coral Springs
<br />and is the spokesperson for the City's Engineering Division. Finally, Mr. Moore serves on the firm’s QA/QC Committee ensuring the
<br />consistency of the quality product throughout the firm.

<br />as a design-build and funded by the City of Miami Beach. It required coordination with various agencies including the City of
<br />Miami Beach, the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, the Miami-Dade Public Works Department, the Miami-Dade

<br />The Central Bayshore South Right-of-Way Infrastructure Improvement Program is an approximately $18M Design-Build Project
<br />located in Miami Beach, Florida. The project limits stretch from Dade Boulevard north to West 34 Street and from Meridian
<br />Avenue east to the Indian Creek waterway. The project includes the reconstruction and elevation of roadways within the project
<br />area, driveway and swale harmonization, a new stormwater collection, conveyance, treatment, and pump station system, new
<br />transmission and distribution watermains, a new multi-use bike/pedestrian path, improved street lighting, improved roadway
<br />signage and pavement markings, and appropriate landscape mitigation. Cost: $18 million; Fee: $1,150,280

<br />permitting, preparation of construction documents, bid and award and construction engineering and inspection services for
<br />infrastructure improvements within the public right of way areas of the South Pointe III/IV/V neighborhood of Miami Beach. The
<br />project encompasses approximately 19,000 LF of ROW infrastructure improvements including 9,300 LF 8" water main
<br />replacements, stormwater drainage improvements, paving & grading, streetscaping enhancements, landscaping improvements,
<br />lighting improvements, and roadway reconstruction. Cost: $10.5 million; Fee: $2,305,354.06
