RELEVANT PROJECTS CONTINUED <br />f. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />Singer Island Dune Restoration 2017, Singer Island, FL <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if <br />) 2017 <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm <br />Project Engineer - The project consisted of the restoration of beach shoreline on Singer Island. Approximately 50,000 cubic yards of sand were trucked in and placed on <br />the shoreline. GFA provided geotechnical engineering services which consisted of engineering technicians to perform mobile laboratory testing (sieve analysis, was 230, <br />construction observation), as well as vibration monitoring. Ms. Aguilar was responsible for project coordination with the client, as well as reviewing biweekly vibration <br />monitoring reports and submittal to the QC Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />g. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />USACE Beach Erosion Control & Hurricane Protection – Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if <br /> 2017 - 2018 <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm <br />Project Engineer - The project consisted of the renourishment of approximately 2.4-miles of shoreline of the Sunny Isles Beach located in Dade County. Two critically <br />eroded areas of shoreline were renourished with approximately 140,000 cubic yards of beach-quality sand. GFA provided pre and post-construction structural survey <br />services, developed a vibration control plan, monitored ground vibrations with remote seismograph systems, provided a vibration control specialist and vibration <br />technicians, and submitted biweekly reports to the QC Manager, and performed quality control testing and management which consisted of laboratory testing services. <br />Ms. Aguilar was responsible for project coordination with the client, as well as reviewing biweekly vibration monitoring reports and submittal to the QC Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />h. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />Village of Key Biscayne Beach Restoration Maintenance Project <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if <br /> 2017 <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm <br />Project Engineer - The project consisted of the renourishment of eroded shoreline at the Key Biscayne Hotspots in Key Biscayne, Florida. GFA worked on pre and post- <br />construction structural survey, vibration quality control plan, vibration monitoring, quality control plan, soil testing, and turbidity monitoring.
