(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED Singer Island Dune Restoration 2017, Singer Island, FL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if ) 2017 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE  Check if project performed with current firm Project Engineer - The project consisted of the restoration of beach shoreline on Singer Island. Approximately 50,000 cubic yards of sand were trucked in and placed on the shoreline. GFA provided geotechnical engineering services which consisted of engineering technicians to perform mobile laboratory testing (sieve analysis, was 230, construction observation), as well as vibration monitoring. Ms. Aguilar was responsible for project coordination with the client, as well as reviewing biweekly vibration monitoring reports and submittal to the QC Manager. g. (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED USACE Beach Erosion Control & Hurricane Protection – Sunny Isles Beach, Florida PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if 2017 - 2018 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE  Check if project performed with current firm Project Engineer - The project consisted of the renourishment of approximately 2.4-miles of shoreline of the Sunny Isles Beach located in Dade County. Two critically eroded areas of shoreline were renourished with approximately 140,000 cubic yards of beach-quality sand. GFA provided pre and post-construction structural survey services, developed a vibration control plan, monitored ground vibrations with remote seismograph systems, provided a vibration control specialist and vibration technicians, and submitted biweekly reports to the QC Manager, and performed quality control testing and management which consisted of laboratory testing services. Ms. Aguilar was responsible for project coordination with the client, as well as reviewing biweekly vibration monitoring reports and submittal to the QC Manager. h. (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED Village of Key Biscayne Beach Restoration Maintenance Project PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if 2017 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE  Check if project performed with current firm Project Engineer - The project consisted of the renourishment of eroded shoreline at the Key Biscayne Hotspots in Key Biscayne, Florida. GFA worked on pre and post- construction structural survey, vibration quality control plan, vibration monitoring, quality control plan, soil testing, and turbidity monitoring. Ms. Aguilar was responsible for project coordination with the client, as well as reviewing biweekly vibration monitoring reports and submittal to the QC manager, as well as reviewing turbidity sampling results.
