The overall project is for approximately 2,198 linear feet. GFA was responsible for providing geotechnical engineering consisting of vibration <br />monitoring, pre-construction structural survey, quality control plan management, quality control testing, and environmental engineering. Two critically <br />eroded areas of shoreline were renourished with approximately 140,000 cubic yards of beach-quality sand. GFA was responsible for providing geotechnical engineering <br />consisting of vibration monitoring, pre-construction survey, quality control plan management and quality control testing. GFA was responsible for providing geotechnical engineering <br />consisting of vibration monitoring, pre-construction structural survey, quality control plan management, and quality control testing. GFA worked on pre and post- <br />construction structural survey, vibration quality control plan, vibration monitoring, quality control plan, soil testing, and turbidity monitoring. Mr. Berry was responsible <br />for performing vibration monitoring, preparing the biweekly vibration monitoring reports for submittal, and management of the vibration control plan, as well as <br />performing turbidity sampling. <br /> <br />e. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />Dune Restoration Project, Palm Beach, FL <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if <br /> 2017 <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE  Check if project performed with current firm <br />Staff Engineer - The project consisted of the restoration of dunes near 3550 S. Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, Florida. Approximately 7,000 tons of material was hauled <br />in and placed for this project. GFA provided pre and post-construction structural survey services, developed a vibration control plan, monitored ground vibrations with <br />remote seismograph systems, and performed quality control testing and management which consisted of laboratory testing services.
