The project included the re-decking of boardwalks at four (4) separate beach access locations which connect pedestrian routes from the existing lot facilities to the beach.

<br />Drafting civil and electrical plans and details for development of a parking lot to serve the future City Center and relocate the roadway for ease of access and to reduce impacts from existing FPL transmission lines. The project entailed modifying drive aisles, pavement markings and signage, parking lot layout redesign, drainage modeling with hydraulic calculations, and modifying the existing permit.

<br />Drafted plans and detail sheets for a water service replacement project which included water main replacement, water service replacement, milling and resurfacing, and pavement marking and signage. The project provides replacement of existing undersized and deteriorated small water mains with new larger mains. Also, to provide improved fire hydrant coverage.
