Physical and biological monitoring is ongoing to confirm compliance with environmental permit conditions. Mr. Blankenship serves as Engineering Project Manager and engineer-of-record, overseeing Client management, public relations, field surveys, coastal engineering assessments, design, construction, and beach performance evaluations.
