Ms. Shepherd applies her experience to the evaluation of technical and legal data required to effectively determine the feasibility of proposed projects and facilitate their implementation. Ms. Shepherd coordinates project teams for coastal and waterfront development projects; including design professionals, technical disciplines, and legal counsel. <br />Ms. Shepherd also conducts vegetation assessments and surveys, as well as design and implementation of restoration plans for vegetated coastal habitats. She has an in-depth understanding of the many regulations and procedures governing coastal construction, and has established relationships with key regulatory agency personnel to expedite processing. The Plan outlines a management approach that addresses improvements to existing dune features <br />and new vegetated dunes. The entire City beach was evaluated and the dunes were categorized by physical/geographic <br />characteristics and existing condition.
