Holiday leave <br />and TDMS closure may be authorized based on operational needs and with City approval. DMC <br />shall be responsible to coordinate with the Contract Manager in the event weather conditions delay <br />or modify the daily schedule. <br /> <br />Traffic Control – DMC shall mitigate the impact of its operations on local traffic to the fullest <br />extent practicable. DMC is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate traffic controls <br />in all work areas, including TDMSs.
