1 <br /> 1 <br /> 2. The maximum amount allowed for the mobilization item shall be ten percent <br /> (10%) of the total contract amount. <br /> 3. Mobilization includes, but is not limited to, mobilization of equipment, all <br /> surveying, all supervision, cost of all bonds and warranties, all permit fees, <br /> and all insurance. <br /> 3.02 PROTECTION <br /> A. Where pavement, trees, shrubbery, fences or other property or surface structures <br /> have been damaged, removed or disturbed by the Contractor, whether <br /> deliberately or through failure to carry out the requirements of the Contract <br /> Documents, state laws, municipal ordinances or the specific direction of the <br /> 1 Engineer, or through failure to employ usual and reasonable safeguards, such <br /> property and surface structures shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of <br /> the Contractor to a condition equal to that before work began within a time frame <br /> approved by the Engineer. <br /> 3.03 SUBMITTALS <br /> ' A.
